We agree on the document checklist for your cargo and destination. Applicable customs procedures and special documents are reviewed for each shipment.
Acceptance, restrictions and required permits must be checked before a shipment is confirmed.

Yes. For an indicative quote, provide the route, cargo description, container and volume. The readiness date and final conditions are agreed before booking.
The Northern Route considers the Alashankou–Dostyk and Khorgos–Altynkol crossings. The choice depends on the origin station and transport plan.
By cargo volume, weight, dimensions and handling requirements. Conditions for oversized or temperature-sensitive cargo are agreed separately.
